On arrival back in Plasselb we were fed and watered once more by our host band, Musikgesellschaft Plasselb before commencing the evening concert. Once again the band played well, as it had throughout the week, and some bandsmen from Fribourg were overheard making comments that they thought we were professionals – if only they knew! After the concert we enjoyed a couple of hours socialising with our hosts whilst the drivers slept and eventually at 1.30a.m. we set a course for home, arriving via the tunnel back in Woodfalls on Sunday 17^th at 6.00p.m.
