The Woodfalls Band dates back to 1874, when a group of men from the local Methodist Chapel formed a "band" to accompany hymns etc. Many of the family names from the foundation can be traced through the history of the band to the present day. Indeed, 1st Baritone player and current band Chairman, Keith Green, is Great, Great Grandson of John Green, one of the founder members.
We are extremely fortunate to have photographs of three of the founding members.
